Hi there!

I'm Kate, and I'm just like you: Mid fifties and in the thick of menopause and all the delights it brings with it!

For more than a decade, I've worked with over 900 women, helping them dress in a way that makes them feel proud to be in their own skin. I LOVE watching their confidence bloom before my very eyes.

One of the reasons I trained to become an Image Consultant back in 2012 was to understand how to dress myself and my generously curvy body when my children were small.

Now I'm in menopause, my body has changed again so I'm very lucky to be in a position to understand how to dress to flatter these changes.

Add to that my fierce belief that menopausal women are at their emotional, intellectual and mental PRIME - I felt strongly compelled to give women like you the tools to dress your changing body and, in the process, reclaim your identity and confidence through clothes.
